Cancellation Policy

Work of Art Studios reserves the right to cancel classes, to change instructors, and to make other changes that may become necessary to ensure a quality experience for participants. In the event that a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will contact all registrants and offer the option of transferring to another available session, or receiving a full refund. Please provide an email or phone number that you check regularly when registering for this communication.

Because our classes have limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a class which gives us the opportunity to fill the class. If you cancel at least 48 hours to the class start time, your ticket will be refunded or transferred. We do not reschedule or refund “no-shows” or cancellations less than 48 hours before the class. You may cancel by phone 916-387-8080 ext. 230 or call the relevant studio. Monthly and annual membership fees are non-refundable.
